Meet STEFANIE COLLINS.
Stefanie is the Executive Director for Inspire Community Homes. Stefanie is a licensed QIDP, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional. Having earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNLV, the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her DSP and QIDP qualifications in Red Bud, Illinois. Stefanie trains the DSP, Direct Support Personnel who provide care for Inspire's residents. Stefanie is super nice, an expert in Intellectual Disability Care, and will be directly in charge of your loved one's care at Inspire Community Homes.

Creating Safe Spaces
We provide safe and clean housing to individuals in need that meet the IDHS DD Waiver guidelines. Our comfortable living environment promotes community, well-being, and support. Our 24/7 staff aim to address the challenges faced by many of our residents. Our staff will go above and beyond to establish a foundation for stability and growth.
Community Programs
Fostering Connections
Through various methods established in our residents' personal plan, we facilitate social interactions and connections among residents, promoting a sense of belonging and unity within the CILA home. These methods are designed to enhance community engagement, encourage collaboration, and create a vibrant and supportive community environment.
Support Services
Empowering Individuals
Our support services focus on empowering individuals by providing access to resources, guidance, and assistance in areas such as education, employment, and social services. We work closely with community members to identify their needs and offer tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Client requested "wood-cabin feel" and wanted wild cats for pictures. Client loved design.
Each of 3 bedrooms all have brand new furniture, mattress, television, and more.
Client requested Paw Patrol imagery and pink "girly" feel for room. Client loved design.
Large patio and high privacy fence in rear of home provides safety, nature, and tranquility.
Each of 3 bedrooms will have 1 resident only. Each resident will decorate their own room.
High Efficiency washer and dryer amongst other updated appliances for residents use.
